She made some important points on how to empathize with your customers in a better normal. One of our PHOA members also has spoken, Mr. Hanky Lee of “The Henry Hotel”. He spoke on how the HoAc industry should bounce back and reminded the audience that “Our greatest enemy is not Covid. Our greatest enemy is Fear”. Representing Globe myBusiness is Cris Roque, she discussed the importance of digitalization and the journey of HoAc. Jun Tolentino from Mynt gave an overview of GCash for business and showed the important details such as the rise of digital payment during these challenging times.
