The global halal industry has been gaining traction for quite some time now and be able to understand the Muslim culture.

Apart from serving Muslim consumers, it also serves the mainstream consumers who are quality-conscious and want to have more choices in their food selection. Certain suppliers were also discussed in the webinar to help our hotels source halal food.
