What We Offer
Formerly The Philippine Hotel Federation, Philippine Hotel Owners Association (PHOA) is a non-stock, non-profit organization composed of owners of the country’s major accommodation providers — hotels, resorts, tourist inns, pension houses, serviced apartments, and the like.
We represent the industry in matters of government policy to create a favorable climate for investors.
We promote unity, goodwill, and mutual cooperation within the Philippine accommodation industry.
Classification & Accreditation
We set the standards for each hotel classification and establish accreditation procedures.
Education & Training
We educate hotel personnel on industry trends and professional standards of fair business practices.
Our association is comprised of hotels, resorts, tourist inns, pension houses, and serviced apartments nationwide.

We communicate regularly with our Members through Bulletins and Circulars. We organize lectures, meetings, fora and our General Membership Meeting/s to keep our members informed and to hear responses & concerns of our members.
