Basic Requirements for Membership

Membership Fees

Membership Classification	Membership Fee
Individual an owning or holding company or juridical entity that owns or operates ONE DOT-accredited hotel, resort or apartment-hotel	i. One-time Joining Fee (new members) PhP 15,000.00 ii. Annual Membership Fee PhP 30,000.00
Corporate an owning or holding company or juridical entity that owns or operates MORE THAN ONE DOT-accredited hotel, resort or apartment-hotel	i. One-time Joining Fee (new members) PhP 15,000.00 ii. Annual Membership Fee PhP 20,000.00 per property maximum of PhP 100,000.00 for 5 properties and above

Membership Benefits

Right to vote on any matter that may arise during the general membership meetings (GMMs). A member is entitled to exercise its membership rights through its duly designated nominee or representative.
- INDIVIDUAL member has one (1) vote
- CORPORATE member has two (2) votes
Opportunity to participate in a wide range of educational, capacity building and other industry events.
Regular access to the latest hospitality and tourism industry news and data through bulletins and circulars.
Assistance in industry training programs of partner associations.
Access to representation with national legislative and executive bodies on policies that benefit the hotels and resorts sector in particular, and the tourism industry in general.

Membership Responsibilities

Subscribe to the purposes of the association and agree to comply with and be bound by these by-laws and other rules and regulations of the association.
On-time payment of the membership due and other assessments as a condition to its continued membership to the association.
Regular attendance at GMMs and trademark events of the association.
