PHOA Membership Application Procedures
  1. Letter of invitation to be sent to the hotel owner or representative with all relevant information.
  2. Hotel owner or representative to fill out the corresponding membership form:

  3. PHOA, upon receipt of the membership form, sends out a Statement of Account for the applicable acceptance fee and the annual dues.
  4. Membership is confirmed only upon receipt of payment of the fees.
  5. PHOA sends an official welcome letter to the hotel and includes their contact details in the membership database for news bulletins, circulars, meetings and other relevant notices.

PHOA Membership Benefits

PHOA Membership Obligations
  1. A member shall have the right to vote on any matter that may come before the general membership. Each member shall be entitled to exercise membership rights through its duly designated or appointed nominee/ representative.
    1. An INDIVIDUAL member shall have ONE (1) vote
    2. A CORPORATE member shall have TWO (2) votes
  2. Subscribe to the purposes of the Corporation and agree to comply with and be bound by these by-laws and other rules and regulations of the Corporation.
  3. Each member must be current in the payment of dues and assessments as a condition precedent to continued membership and entitlement to the rights and privileges of membership in the Corporation.
